I like it when someone ask's me that question... it tells me that this person cares about what is behind the puppy they are looking at. I'm not saying that AKC is a saint when it comes to some things... but the others like ACA (not canadian) and APRI don't do enough in my opinion to make sure that the puppies being registered are from the parents that is listed. Its too easy for someone to say ok my litter is out of this dam and this sire and these registries just take it for granted. All of my babies are AKC registered and I am very proud of that fact so by all means ask away... Terri
