LOL...the title of this thread threw me off a little b/c my first thought were, "Well,
all dogs are color blind!"
I have to wonder if maybe your pup is just young and needs more time? I'm really not sure as I have a one level house, but just judging based on what I know of a pup's development, I'm actually kind of shocked that an 8 week old pup was going up and down steep stairs at that age.
Since our pups don't leave us at that age, I'm wondering if I should invest in some stairs and train ours in the future...lol.
