Rabies Vaccination Required for Cats and Dogs, Section 4-10
You must have dogs and cats four months and older vaccinated against rabies every year by a licensed veterinarian.
The law provides for vaccination excuses when: the dog or cat has been vaccinated against rabies within the past 12 months by a veterinarian licensed to practice in any state; or if a licensed veterinarian certifies in writing that a vaccination would be injurious to the Animal’s health. The Animal must be vaccinated against rabies as soon as its health permits.

Also, I am exempt from this rabies vac as of now bc Bindi is still under 4 months correct? do vets normally push the rabies vacs on pups under 4 months?
