When we went on a 10 hour road trip, I took some spray with me that encourages a dog to urinate in the sprayed area. (I got it at PetsMart; not sure the name of it). But I would spray the stuff on the grass area I wanted her to go and it worked. She would sniff around the area and sniff and sniff and then she would go. I kept her on a leash so that she was limited to the area I sprayed.
I used the spray at home, 1st so she was used to the idea of the spray before we went on the trip. |
