Hi Everyone,

I am Rich from Oakland, California and also new on this board. I am so happy that I found this board. So I post and hope that I can learn more about this breed before go out and get one. My family and I are thinking about getting a Yorkie as a family companion. I am totally new to this breed. I have seen them sometimes and thought that they are so cute...
I usually see them in gold/black and silver(blue?)/gold. We prefer the silver/gold one. So we decided and started to look around locally. So far I have seen most of the Yorkie puppies in Gold/Black. Do some of them turn to silver color when they are adult? How can you tell what colors they will be? No offense, colors are just our preferences.
