I hear you on that one lol
But when I can really help a pet parent who needed and honestly takes my help it makes me proud to say I work for Petsmart.
But you tend to get alot of know it alls and it kills me some of the things they think are right. I could have the whole "teacup" conversation a million times a day but there is only so much you can say or do.
The other groomers tease me and call me the "Yorkie Queen" lol
