This behavior needs to be treated like a felony. When she bites, you immediately say "no", stand up, walk away a few feet and turn your back to her. Completely ignore her for 60 seconds. Then, go back and hold her or whatever you were doing. When she bites, you repeat this again. Within a couple of weeks this behavior should stop. Dogs so hate to be ignored by us. They want to please us.
