I had that problem with both Sasha and Jasmine. What I did is continued to hand feed them until they could eat dry food. Then, I would sit down with them and put the food on the floor, make sure they see that the food is coming from the dish. I put the food closer and closer to the bowl. Do that every day. Eventually they will start eating out of their dog bowl.
