Anyone in Jacksonville, do NOT use Arlington Pet Center Grooming on Monument Road. I had very grave concerns just walking into the place it was so unkempt looking, as was the owner/groomer who kept talking about how little money he had. I decided at that moment I wasn't going to leave my poor Toby alone there and wished I would have just turned around and left.

The owner/groomer kept trying to get me to leave and come back later but my husband and I were very uncomfortable with that thought so we refused and waited.

Not only was Toby's haircut all choppy and uneven, but the man actually nicked Toby's eyebrow area and had him bleeding and he didn't even notice until we brought it to his attention!! Needless to say we couldn't leave from there fast enough and obviously won't be returning ... EVER!! We grabbed our poor Toby and practically ran out of the place.
