I use a soft side carrier and place mine on the bed and she can see us. We tell her go nightie night when she scratches the door and she will go to lay down and go to sleep. If she wakes up and scratches she needs to go to the potty pad and then take her out to go. Then put her back and do the same thing. Also does she have a soft toy in her bed to lay with?
