I just took Lexie to the vet. (we ended up naming her Lexie, it just seemed to fit). Her breath is horrible.
He told me Yorkies are notorious for bad breath and bad teeth. Said I need to brush them daily. And that there is a dog food I could feed her, that would help keep her teeth cleaner. I think He said Y/T. It's by Science Diet. I have heard so many bad things about SD, that I told him I wanted to stick with the Canidae kibble I feed her.
Do you guys think that was the right choice?
Also I think we need to sign up for the "Teapot club", she weigh's a little over 7.5 lbs.
