After everyone fills this out, I will send out an e-mail to everyone asking them for their mailing addresses! I will keep everything in a database worksheet and afterwards, I will create a Participation list for our second YT Gift Exchange!

If you need to put in a $25 deposit (deposit required if you did not participate last time, or if you have under 500 posts), you will be receiving a PM from me after you sign up with information on where and how to send the deposit! Deposits are NOT required if you have donated $20 or more to YorkieTalk.

SIGN-UPS WILL BE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 24th. PLEASE HAVE YOUR DEPOSITS SENT TO ADMIN (DAN) BEFORE THIS DATE IN ORDER TO BE ADDED TO THE PARTICIPANTS LIST!
