I love Fried Artichoke Hearts. Being from Salinas (produce capital of the world) we lived next to the Artichoke capital of th World - Castroville, Ca. Well they have them their and they are oh so dang delicious.. I could eat a 1lb bag if you let me..... Oh don't forget the mayo dip or ranch but I like the mayo this time around.... |
