I'm the carrot cake too! Loooove carrot cake. DH ordered me one for my birthday from Mrs. Beasley's (a fancy cake place in Californ-i-a where people like Paris Hilton get their cakes from. LOL). Actually it was darn good & worth the $. might become a birthday tradition from now on!
