certainly they should give you advice over teh phone!!!! my vet is almost an hour away (its in garden grove) but anytime i had a question i could call and ask..... how is your vet being unprofesional over the phone??? i would really get a vet you can communicate with.... look in teh phone book at call around, ask questions, make visits to teh vet and explain that you are just shopping around at different offices, they should be welcoming and supportive. |
