yes, we've done all that, she does get put in her crate and also has toys replaced instead of hands,etc. Has lots of bullysticks and things to chew on. We 100% do not tolerate the biting. I'm am specifically looking to hear from folks who did everything religiously like we have and it still took longer for them to outgrow the behaviour.
