Wanted to get your thoughts on this.
I know a breeder who is getting ready to give away a free male yorkie that is 8 months old.
She said she has some conditions for this give away.
Give me your thoughts on this as I don't know if it's right or wrong but I know she is doing this out of the kindness to all who have purchased from her to basically to show her appreciation.
