I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good vet in the San Jose, CA/Silicon Valley area.

I'm not too sure that I want to continue seeing the vet the breeder brought my puppy to initially. I have a hard time communicating with him since he doesn't speak English very well, and he seems unprofessional over the phone.

Any suggestions you could make would be great appreciated.

Also, do vets/pet hospitals typically give advice out over the phone (i.e. x and y is happening to my dog, should I bring him in?)? Please forgive my ignorance, I'm somewhat of a first-time Yorkie puppy mommy.
