Welcome to YT! Sounds like you will have your hands full when they get adjusted! I would give a couple of weeks and they should get along fine!
When I brought Tessa home she spent the first week on my lap and my Border Collie\Lab (10yrs) didn't want anything to do with her! Now they are inseparable and really cute to watch! Post pictures of your furbabies when you get a chance. We LOVE pics here
