I get intravenous iron for anemia. 12 treatments over a six month period, then a six month break. It is covered at 100% by my insurance. You have to go to the hospital to do it, but maybe IV iron for a short period would be covered by your insurance?? Ask your Dr??? Anemia can kick ur butt!! Hope u r feeling better.
