I am having a great deal of trouble attempting to put a collar/halter and leash on my 4 month old. She weighs 2 lbs. 6 oz. so I must use something very tiny to put on her. She keeps managing to get the collar/harness in her mouth and doesn't want to walk - just play with it. Am I attempting to do walk her on a leash too young?
