It is vital that you get him to the vet...It sounds like he has stones blocking the urine from coming out...This happened to my yorkie, and if I hadn't gotten him to the vet, he would have had even worse problems...They can die from this. Please get him to the vet asap...
Oh yeah, and make sure they analyze the stones(if they are stones) so that you know what kind they are...Please, please, come back on here and let us know what kind they are, if he does have a blockage due to stones...
