Conner started loving the car rides when we would take him to the park. For a while, that was the only time we put him in the car. I would ask him if he wanted to go to the park, even though he didn't know what I was saying. I would put his harness on, and we would go to the car and drive to the park. Now, I just ask him if he wants to go to the park and he gets so excited. Now he likes the car (not loves).
