Drink LOTS of water!
Exercise (even if it is just a litte to start...you can work your way up)
WALK
Try to stay away from too much sugar and carbs
You can eat pretty much the foods you love, just not so much!
Drink water when you feel hungry...chances are, you are just thirsty.
Eat more fruits and veggies and go for leaner meats/fish
I'm sure there are tons of great tips and advice that people will give you....these are just a few!
