BUMP just means you're "refreshing" the thread for a person so that the thread doesn't dissapear in all the new threads (obviously a thread stays on top by people replying).. so what we do is "bump" up a thread for someone if they're not getting any answers

A lot of people makes awesome avatars.. I recently asked the same question (how do I make my own flashing avatar).. but I don't know how to work the programs needed.. So a very special member is making an avatar for me.. good luck.. I know someone will help you
