I've been trying to teach Oliver to speak, but I fear it will never happen because everytime I try to teach him, his brother Otis speaks FOR him.

Just like human kids, the younger dog babies don't have to speak because older siblings speak for them!

So we turned it into a Vegas Lounge act! Oliver the Ventriloquist!
