Yesterday Louie had his first haircut, which I'm not sure is related to the issue today...But today he was standing on his wee wee pad with his back arched for a bit then he started squating like he wanted to peepee. He keeps going back and forth to the pad and squating as if he wants to pee pee but cant. I noticed his private area looks a little bigger as if it might be a little swollen but it doesn't seem to hurt when I touch him. Theres little dime size amounts of pee pee coming out every so often but he usually has gonna about 3 times by now. It doesnt seem to be in pain at all, no whining or whimpering...I dont wanna make a mountain out of this but im a little concerned.
