Not sure on that one. The Rottweiler forum I belong to has one and it seems to work well. "Training" is reserved more for training ideas and typical training issues(obedience as well as agility, tracking etc....). "Behavior" is often used to talk about dogs behavior in certain situations and what it means. I was thinking more along the lines of discussing nervous behaviors, anxiety, food guarding, issues between dogs, fear agression etc...
