My three other Yorkies rarely kissed, so it must be a Yorkie's nature to want to kiss or not. When I am on computer he jumps on my shoulder to get my attention with kisses, and yes it always works. When I'm on the phone it's not so cute, and very hard to talk and kiss at the same time! |

That is interesting about rewarding for kisses. I might try that with the 5 month old. Most of mine will kiss if I just say 'give momma a kiss" and they gladly oblige. The minute I sit on the couch I am bombarded with kisses, they all line up and one after another they have to come kiss me. I really don't know if it really means much or matters if they don't like to kiss. The ones I have that don't kiss are loners when it comes to personality. One aways lays at either mine or my husbands feet on the foot of the recliner and the other always chooses to lay in a recliner by herself. They are not demanding most of the time like my others are. But when they do decide they want attention you better be ready to give it to them because they won't shut up until they get their way.
