Red-legs don't actually have a wiry coat but one that is considered hard. It is too brittle and slow growing to acheive floor length but holds a ton of pigment. My redleg threw silk coats but I've heard that they can throw soft coats as well. Her eyes always flash gold and her skin is a very deep gold as well.
