We took Jasper to the emergency vet. They were very nice on this trip. He was examined and x-rayed. The first set of x-rays appeared that he may have eaten something causing a blockage. A second x-ray was done after he took barium. They showed the barium was making it all the way through so the blockage was ruled out. The vet thinks he ingested a little something
that didn't agree with him causing the GI upset. He got two shots to relieve the nausea, one injection of fluids, and antibiotics for home. Thanks so much for your support and kind words. |
