I know what you must have been going through. I had a miss hap with one of my mini pins- he was hit by a car when he went to greet my daughter at the mail box. I was terrified and angry
the car never stopped. He substained a head injury, road rash and a broken tooth. I am very blessed as well he is still with us 9 years later. He has complications with his brain swelling from time to time, but we are in this for the long haul.
He is one of my treasured little ones. Keep giving Gus all of your kisses-he deserves them. It is awesome that owners of the attack dog was responsible and paid for everything, that is almost unheard of now days.
