At 4 mo. I was setting a timer every 4 hrs. so that I would take Snowboy or Chipper out. At 5 mo. I set it for 5 hrs. By the time they turned 6 mo. I was fairly certain they would make it all night, but then I have my furbabies in bed with me and I notice if one is getting restless. Quite often I have read on different threads that a puppy can hold it 1 hr. per month. Good luck.
