I don't recommend table scraps because many times they have condiments, seasonings, high sodium, or high fat...BUT healthy people food is great!

You can feed her real food *after* you eat and only on her own food plate/bowl. This will help

but i don't feed her table food.
she discovered begging on her own.
we usually just avoid her when we eat and she begins her begging.
we got sophie when she was so young, i can't imagine her breeder would have feed her table food.

but it's not always table food.
she just LOVES to eat.
i took her to the vet, and there was a small piece of a dog biscuit on the floor.
she cried and was trying to wiggle free to get it,
i felt so embarassed, i bet the vet thought i abuse my puppy and don't feed her
and when she eats, she eats so fast.
so coughs and burps all the time.
i'm confused.
