I don't think he is red legged, but he may be mixed with Australian Terrier because of the coarse hair. A lot of Yorkies are mixed with the AT. I had a foster once who was a Yorkie/AT mix. He looked exactly like pure Yorkie till he was older. By the way, your baby is just adorable. Also you may want to cut his nails since they are so long.
