What a terrible accident. I can't believe that you just walked out of there with a neck spasm. You are lucky to be alive. You poor thing. Go and have a neck specialist check you out. You need to have that done. I don't joke around when it comes to neck and back injuries. They can cause so many residual problems later on.

Thank God you are okay and had no one in the back.
