Welcome to YT! When my 2 were little and biting my hands, I wrapped my fingers GENTLY around their nose and said "No bite".
You have to be consistent, but it worked with both of them.
Mine use pee pee pads inside and are taken outside several times each day. I bought a spray to use on the pads inside that draws them to it. They seldom have accidents inside anymore.
