I have a 12 week old 2 lb yorkie that threw up about 2 this afternoon. He laid around for about 30 - 45 minutes and then drank, ate, and seem to be perfectly normal. Then about 6:30 this evening he threw up again and had diarrhea. He seems to be perking up again but I went ahead and called the vet. My problem is that he is out of town and I am forced to drive over an hour away to an emergency vet that I have not been happy with in the past. Does anyone have any advice for me? I don't know what he could have gotten in that would make him sick. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
