I was on iron when I was pregnant and they were tiny little pills. Ask your doctor if there is an over the counter pill you can take. I think I was taking a form of Ferosol

I have taken the iron pills two nights in a row now. I just dread it every night. The iron pills are going to cost me 46.00 month. I called the insurance co and the prescript is nonformulary and nonformulary is 60.00 copay and since the regular cost is 46.00 that is what I pay. That would explain why the insurance company covered nothing.
