Here is my suggestion, which sounds totally ridiculous, I know, but has worked for me.
I have had problems swallowing pills my entire life, even tiny ones, just couln't do it.
I now have to take glucophage, which are HUGE.
I just imagine that I am taking a bite of chicken instead of swallowing a pill, it goes down so much easier.
Sounds goofy, but works for me.
