That may very well be it.... I definitely do not have experience in this area and commend you for rescuing this baby! I would say if all else fails resort to the vet.. Try giving him some one on one time in a room where it is just you and him and see if maybe that will work.. Try a new toy .. Sometime they get bored... Try new treats but by all means keep us posted and stay around more will read this and may be able to offer more advice!
