How old is your Yorkie? If she's a little older, she's probably set in her ways and may never really warm up to the baby. You can't force her to like him. Hopefully in time she'll learn to accept the baby, but be very, very careful about leaving them unsupervised. Little hands grab hair and ears and hurt. Babies on the move disturb sleeping dogs. You don't want to put her in a position of feeling like she has to defend herself or her territory. |
