first off,, Congrats!! then to the pill swallowing, my sister had that problem,, still does,, she crushed em into things she could make herself stomach,, they tried her on liquid vitamins and they were simply horrific!! she stayed with crushing the pills,, but you'll need to ask your doctor ,, as some aren't meant to be crushed either,, my advice, ,eat lots of Raisins,, spinach,, liver,, good iron rich foods!
