It depends who you ask.
There is corn and menadione in it, but it is definately not the worst food available. My major issue is the itchies it has caused so many Yorkies. Ever since that food, Ellie scratches and scratches and scratches. She even scratches her ear open and it isn't uncommon for it to bleed. She has gotten into other dog food with corn in it since then and I think she is allergic to beef too but the severe scratching started after feeding it.
The only way I would recommend it is if you need to use a veterinary diet.
You could always take the chance of feeding it and maybe your dogs will do well, but if they don't be prepared for the itchies and possibly steroid injections.
