No, I don't think it's bad for them but it probably isn't "the best". I had my Mia on it up until this last week and I only changed it because my Max was getting a little gassy

and Mia seemed to be getting a little dry. I don't know that RC was/is the cause - I just decided to try something new to see of it would make a difference.
