Considering that you have four dogs that are always there, I would be upset as well.

When you do see your Vet, I would mention this to him. Vets need to know what the receptions are doing.

My girls are seen by one Vet, the co-owner of the clinic. One time, when I made an appointment and specified it be with him, I arrived only to have a different Vet come into the exam room. When I inquired as to where my Vet was, I was told he was off that day.

I informed him of this, and he made a note in our records that he is the only Vet that treats my girls.
