Wow.. I hadn't heard that. Do you know who bought them out? I've not seen it at the grocery stores here. My last bag of the food still had the same good ingredients so I'm wondering when they'll change. Do you have a link or anything about the buy out? I've not been too impressed with Eukanuba.. most of their formulas have corn as one of the main ingredients and some of their senior dog forumulas have by-products in them. But of course, a dog food's ingredients don't matter if your dog won't eat it.
