I am sorry about Tara. We had a Lhasa Apsa named Wendy and last summer we thought that she wouldn't make it through the year because she was 14. Sasha was two and we thought that since we would probably lose Wendy in a year or two that we should get another yorkie for Sasha to get to know before we lost Wendy, so we got Jasmine. Well, last month we had to put Wendy down because her front legs were not working. We don't regret getting Jasmine at all because she helped Wendy get through until we could shcedule the day that Wendy would get put down. Jasmine also has helped Sasha get through Wendy being gone. Sometimes they snuggle in Wendy's favorite pet bed together and sleep, which they didn't do before Wendy died. So I think that it would be a good idea to get another yorkie.
