Did she just throw up once or is she continuing to vomit? Zoe ate a big piece of lint one day before I could grab it she just swolled it. About 10 minutes later, up came the lint and the bile you are speaking of. After that she was fine. Maybe it's something like that? But if she is continually vomiting I think I would at least call the vet as these guys can get dehydrated pretty quickly. Good luck. Hope your baby is feeling better.
