Just watch if it only happens once or twice. If it keeps happening, call the vet. I would want to get some water and PediaLyte or PediaSure and water into them a couple hours after they are done vomiting (if they vomiting more than 3 or 4 times). Make sure their gums stay pink. If a young puppy is vomiting, talk to a vet immediately.
